Happy Holidayβs Queens π₯³ I miss working out π’ I have lupus and struggle with joint issues due to the medicine they had me on years ago. I started working out a year and half ago and have made so much progress! I feel strong and have been enjoying the transformation process thanks to queen warriors. Itβs a Miracle Glory to God, I have collapsed knees and a right elbow and to see what the body can do is amazing. For the past three weeks Iβve been having pain in my groin. I thought it was a pulled muscle and come to find out I have no blood going to my hip itβs dead. Iβm going in for hip surgery to avoid it from collapsing as well and have been on crutches for a week now π© now more than ever I need to stay disciplined with my meals to maintain. Until I can work out again. Does anyone have a fitness planner that they use? I'm trying to be more accountable and want to write down my weight, food diary, water intake, exercises/activity, sleep, etc daily but I'm having a hard time finding one that I really like. I'm old school so I'd prefer a paper planner versus a digital one but I'm open to digital if it has what I need. Thank you! π
