Good morning Queens! Feeling last nights workout with Fabi. Also taking Coach Raven’s advice no coffee before 9 I think she said lol I forgot the exact time but ya girl has been drinking water since I woke up.

Great afternoon Queens 👑week four since hip surgery 🥳 using one crutch and my PT said I can work out upper body as long as I am sitting 🥳 she said “who is going to pass you the weights” and I said not to worry my friend I have my mobile equipment organizing rack 🙌🏻 parked right next to me 🤣 got my first 30 minute upper body workout with Yvona Gonzalez since surgery 🥳 modified of course 🤗 sitting 💪 I went light on the weights until I build up my strength again. Let’s go Queens 🙌🏻 we show up 🙌🏻

Accountability check in: Day 28 of 30 days of movement #NEW

In like right at the finish line and the boys and I are sick. Hit us like a brick. They are sleeping a lot which is good. I’m thankful today is a rest day. I’m taking advantage and resting right alongside them. I am thankful that I have the ability to let the boys nap on a cot in the office at work and I can still work as well tomorrow. Masked up and gloves… no fever for any of us so if we do end up with one we will stay home.

I was reading online that your skin starts to look saggy when you start shedding fat? Any truth to that? I’m feeling like my mommy poochi is like way saggy but I should be happy about that? I cannot wait to take measurements and weigh myself in a couple days!
