So I’m on medical leave from work for the month. I am a workaholic so I felt super guilty but my mental health is more important. I have decided to make this leave count. Stop smoking, workout consistently and stop looking at the scale. Sometimes I get in my head about my weight, but this community always reminds me that my only failure is not showing up for myself. I love it here bc I don’t feel so alone and you ladies make it easy. I am so very grateful for all of you here🩵🩵🩵🩵 hope you guys have a great weekend.
