Working on my self refuse to give up !! 44 age 5 4 weight 200 my goal is to be back at 170 !!

I have 5lb dumbbells I need to buy smaller ones so what it should be ? I like power hour with Raven :)

Also can you believe Queen Warriors will be turning 5 years old !!!! Wow where has time gone. So grateful for alll of these amazing almost 5 years. Ran to Five below. Let's do this Queens! I have the 5 lb kettle ball but needed the next size up. I got the 2 lb and 3lb dumbbells. Picked up the 4lb. Little by little baby! Let's go!
Lunch prep 4 oz ground beef 85 percent lean , 1/2 brown rice , California veggies !! Love this tupaware from goodful got it in Amazon , helps me create a balance meal and locks in tight no leaking .. for snack I am taking Greek yogurt with flaxseed on top for a crunch !
