Accountability check in -

Enjoyed the Monday check in via zoom with Fabiana

I was able to get in 40 minutes on the treadmill - 30 minutes of a light jog and a ten minute cool down.

I joined the live today and the conversation was very uplifting. I wasn’t really able to get a good workout in because of too many distractions with the boys so I’ll circle back and start from the beginning once I get them to bed.

Today was good. Mellow. Stuck with it.

*Circled back and completed week 2 day 1 once the boys were asleep. Ready for this week. Let’s go!

First and foremost, thank you Fabiana for the affirmations before the workout and with full transparency I haven't workout in a minute but today hearing coach say "we die for our children but are we LIVING for our children" hit my heart. She also said we want a tone body but it don't come on its own... we have to work for it. Yess!!!! Thank you Queens

Thank you Queen Warriors for the community, lives work outs, community and sisterhood to share our work out stories but also our growth. I pray for all the women who are battling self image trauma, for mental health restoration and may the Lord gives us all strength to push through to take care our temples.

Hey Queens! When I workout, my Apple Watch turns on but the bpm and calories burned stays at 0. It’s not until after the workout all the rings close. How can I get it to track in real time? All notifications are on and allowed.

I really want to lose weight but i just don’t know how or where to start at.. I hate how I look and you see I am so fat it look like I am pregnant but I am not even pregnant. I don’t even know how to diet and stuff.
