Wk 2 Day 2&3 ✔️
Queens… I don’t think you wanna miss this one. Meet me on the mat tomorrow at 5:30pm for an Intermediate Lower Body Power 😏
*insert evil laugh here*
Am I the only one who misses when challenges were free for existing members. Like the AHW challenge? It’s been nothing but LYC challenges for the past year that you gotta pay for to join either $19 or $49 for the same format of 6 weeks of working out and coaching with a meal plan that is repurposed each time more than likely. Just seems like a money grab and that’s wack.
I haven’t been been active in the community which is something I want to change. I had a baby last year on March 18th my soon to be be ex husband filed for divorce 3 months after… fighting with depression and anxiety has been a struggle I make working out my outlet . Although I’m not consistent I try showing up for myself the best I can. Here’s before and after .
Hello Everyone!
My name is Chantel I’m a mom of 3 I just had my last baby 8 months ago. Before having kids I use to participate in pole dancing competitions about 10 years ago, I use to love being at the gym and eat super healthy. I’m excited to be able to get started on working on my body as well as my mind. I can’t wait to hear more stories in this community! WE CAN DO IT!👑💪🏼
Happy Monday Queens…… first of all I cannot belive it’s already the end of February . This is a bit scary , but let’s be honest it allows us to see a few things ..
1. Time Does Not Wait for Anyone – Your health won’t improve on its own. Every day you delay taking care of your body is a missed opportunity to be stronger, healthier, and more energized.
2. Consistency Over Perfection – Small, daily habits compound over time. Whether it's exercise, nutrition, or mindfulness, staying consistent matters more than waiting for the "perfect" moment to start.
3. Aging is Inevitable, But Quality of Life is a Choice – The choices you make today—how you eat, move, and rest—determine how you feel and function as you age. Prioritize longevity by making health a non-negotiable.
4. Your Body is Either Progressing or Regressing – Just like time moves forward, your body is either improving or deteriorating. There’s no standing still. Invest in your well-being now, so future you is grateful instead of regretful.
I dont know how committed you have been this month, but I need us all to recommit, to make a promise to ourselves that we will show up . Make a promise that we will show up TIRED, we will show up AFRAID, SAD, but WE WILL SHOW UP .
I love ya ladies . Let’s walk into the next season strong .
