Hi Queens, happy February 😊

I hope you are doing better than me and working out. I haven’t been doing it much, only a few this week and not eating that great either. Just now, I went to grab something from my fridge and captured Fabiana’s stare 😁yes, I need to get back on track!! Thank you Queen Fabiana for always being there when needed!!

We are BACK BABYYYY ! Last year was incredible and we are grateful that God has allowed us to see another year !
I know this is going to be a PHENOMENAL year, it’s Queen Warriors year 5 in 2025 😱!

So let’s gather today for our very first class with our amazing coach and friend, coach Raven !

Set the tone for the rest of this month babyyyyyy! It’s sweat time !

Accountability check in: DAY 24 of 30 days of movement #NEW *Late post*

This is a late post - my youngest is teething so it was a rough night. Up every 15 minutes to an hour.

We had a rest day today. We went to the park and played in the morning and later in afternoon went for a very light hike at a nature preserve near by. We had fun looking for animals and collecting flowers and searching out bugs.

Back to the QW workouts/gym today. I’m hoping niñito can sleep through the night.

Accountability check in: Day 26 of 30 days of movement #NEW

I’m still here but I’m 4 days away!!! I haven’t stepped on a scale or measured my body again and I’ve been avoiding looking in the mirror because I know if I don’t see some sort of progress I will get discouraged. I DO feel better though. Overall, I’m getting through the movements of each workout better and even though my stomach is still super flabby and not where I want I can feel things changes and strengthening.

Got through the work out with Fabiana today - Abs and Booty course and HIIT with Raven Cruz 30 days is almost here and it’s only going to get better! I got this!

Hi Queens!

I joined 2 challenges in January and couldn’t participate in neither one due to the fires and how they affected my work and just emotionally knowing a huge part of our city is gone took a huge toll.

But on the bright side of life, I managed to lose 6lbs!! I tried to do all the things I have learned here with eating healthy and being disciplined.

Luckily, one of the challenges is a 12 week. I can jump back in, I’m ready!
Don’t give up ladies. It’s a lot of hard work to make the right choices especially when you’re used to eating whatever you want but if we don’t make those changes we will never see results.

Let’s start over every day if necessary!
