Happy Tuesday! How can we incorporate progressive overload into our workouts? Should we just increase our weights each week? This should be part of our goal for fat loss, correct?

So a month ago I started to use creatine and Iβve noticed Iβm tired all the time now. Iβm someone with natural energy, and now Iβm just tired. Has anyone whoβs taken creatine experienced this? Iβm drinking lots of fluids. So far I donβt like it and Iβm going to give it up. Itβs just not for me π
