Is there an upgrade that I’m missing or something ? Because it sure feels like it . Suddenly, I only have access to classes from back in January ? Where are all the coaches ( Yvanna) and Barre / Power classes ? I understand that the only constant thing in life is change, but I’m not able to maintain a proper momentum for my fitness growth goals on this new course schedule / selection. This has been an amazing and empowering community for me. It helped me get back into working out. But now, I can’t help but feel lost and as a result a bit discouraged with these changes . The app isn’t as easy to navigate and find the proper coarse anymore because workouts appear to be misfiled. I find arm workouts under lower body section and vice versa. Any help claifying this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all - are we supposed to do a scan weekly? I can’t seem to find any information on this and haven’t received any new emails. Let me know if you know! This is week 2 for me.

Accountability check in:

Today was wild. Took the boys grocery shopping and when we got back to the car it wouldn’t start. It’s always something when you’re on a budget, a time crunch and just trying to be on top of your game! Got a tow truck to come out and I’m glad it was a simple fix but we will have to budget a little tighter for the rest of the month and that’s ok.

My son said, “Great, guess we living in here again.” I was like damn… usually a comment like that would break my mental and I would just be depressed and heartbroken that my boys have been through so much at such a young age BUT I shifted and was like nope we have a home, we have a car, we have groceries in the trunk and after our little visit from the tow truck man we keeping it moving back to the house to meal prep and get ready for our week!

We got home safely and enjoyed the evening. Made a little dinner and watched a movie.

When the boys got to bed I did my lil workout and let me tell you between Fabiana booty blaster courses and Raven’s upper body workout I was dead on the floor. I mixed it up to get my full hour in by doing two 30 minute replays and the ten minute booty blaster course week 2 day 1. For me, on days when I feel like I’m tired or like not motivated I find it’s easier to keep the workout going if I mix it up a little bit. On days like this one full hour of the same class seems daunting. Couldn’t tell you why my mind feels that but it doesn’t matter as long as the hour gets done.

I put on ravens dance workout but for some reason, even though it was just me in the living room, I was too shy to do it!! I’ll get there though.

Excited to spend some time with Jennifer and Alexis tomorrow. Got to get my mind right if I want to get this body tight, ya heard me!!

Queen Warriors Customer Support Hi there. I’m loving what you all are doing with the 1 hour classes but I really liked the 30 minute classes more. It feels like they offered more variety. For context, I’m a petite person. QW has REALLY helped me reach body goals I never thought I’d see as I am a c section momma of two. The thing with the 1 hour classes is..they are mostly full body power or HIIT classes so I’m burning a lot of calories. I tend to focus more on power training / focused workouts simply to keep toned vs losing weight. I am 130lbs. I don’t want to lose any more weight and I already have an issue consuming enough protein to maintain the weight I’m at. So, I try to choose the classes that are more focused on maintaining and building what I already have. The more recent 1 hour classes don’t feel like they are offering me the option to choose like I had before. If you’re planning to stick to the 1 hour classes can you maybe off more lower body power & booty outside of the hiit classes please?

Accountability check in:

I completed Day 4 of the booty blaster course with Fabiana and had to revisit Coach Jamila live from yesterday. That upper body workout was too good. I worked until the thirty minute mark then I jumped into a thirty minute beginner workout with Coach Jamila. I am pushing for 6 days this weeks and my rest day will be spent with Jennifer or Alexis.

Let’s go Queens!!!

**I have to get back to the accountability posts. I will continue to check in daily and let you guys know that I’ve worked out today. When I posted every day for thirty days it gave me a reason, more than just myself, to keep pushing.

So, I’m participating in the #LYC but I am going to continue showing up for workouts beyond the 3-4 a week.

Right now for my own mental health I realize I need to check in and workout with Queen Warriors daily. 5-6 days a week working out and on my rest day I will spend the hour I would of worked out with Coach Alexis and Jennifer Daniela Zoga

I have to utilize the tools I have been given through Queen Warriors and I WILL BE UNSTOPPABLE!!!

I have to remember I am here for ME I am here for my BOYS!

Happy Friday !!! Just completed 12/18/23 HIIT w Coach Jamila if you are on the fence and not in the mood to workout tonight go do this workout because that was me 30mins ago and I’m happy I did it. Have a great weekend 👑 ❤️❤️
