From one of our first-ever coaches to a true Queen Warrior legend, @yvonaswellness has poured her heart, energy, and passion into this community. From Dance to HIIT, Barre to Power, she has challenged, inspired, and uplifted us all.

It is with both gratitude and love that we share the news that Coach Yvona has decided to step away from Queen Warriors to focus on building her in-person studio and other projects. Now, she’s embarking on her journey, and while we will miss her deeply, we are forever grateful for her impact, her infectious spirit, and yes—her iconic animal noises! 🐒🐯

Good morning Queens! Thanks for always inspiring to start over with your posts and pictures 💞.

Starting over day 1 😊
✅ Coach Raven’s 2/1 Dance.
I did it again because it’s just what I needed on a Sunday morning 💃🏻🥰
✅ Matcha 🍵 not coffee 🥴see how I do later, I love coffee ☕️.
✅ Protein smoothie with 1 scoop Orgain plant based chocolate powder, 1 cup Almond, Cashew, Macadamia Nut milk from Trader Joe’s, 1 spoon of peanut butter and frozen berries. It was the most delicious 😋 ever!

Does anyone have recommendations on things to use for bloated stomachs? I feel like my belly doesn’t go down. It’s not hard either.

Today is day 30!!!! I’ve made it! I couldn’t wait until this evening to post so I’ll post my workout with the accountability check in later this evening. I haven’t taken my measurements but at the beginning of this 30 days of movement I weighed 222 lbs and I am now 199!!! I wish I would have taken pictures of the scale but I honestly doubted myself. I did not think I would 1.) Make it to a full 30 days and 2.) I didn’t think I would be able to drop any weight at all. I proved myself wrong!!! I am going to take what’s left of January to set my February goal!

In the picture you can’t really see a significant weight loss difference? But I have my body composition appointment on Friday and I will take measurements with them to make sure they are accurate.

I am out of my pregnancy pants/chonies and I’ve noticed a difference in weird places like my upper arms in my armpits, like I have an armpit again and my wrists and neck. My butt doesn’t look or feel so flabby or like wide (?) anymore and my core feels increasingly stronger. I don’t have such bad hip and lower back pain as well.

I cannot imagine what 6 months looks like with QW!! I am so excited to continue my journey!!!

I've been consistent with my workouts for 3 weeks and starting with the beginner ones to get back into the groove. I also switched up my workouts to 5 a.m. so I have no excuse to not do them. It's been a while shift in mindset because I'm more of a night owl. What I'm realizing is I am who I make myself into so early bird season it is.

Accountability check in: Day 30 of 30 days of movement #NEW!!!

We are definitely out for the count. The boys and I slept for most of the day today. We got up and tried to eat but just stuck with bone broth, honey water and raw garlic. Niñito nursed basically all day. Not the way I wanted to close out the day but I’m not going to push it. I should of chilled out the previous few days but I was so excited to hit that goal. I attempted stretching with Raven but my body just couldn’t get warm even after putting on layers and two socks.

I really hope you guys are able to avoid this flu. Nothing good about it.
