Soooβ¦I had a horrible start to my day. I got up late this morning which led to the kids being late for school, not having enough time to properly pack the kids lunch or even make breakfast. Days like that makes me feel like a horrible mother. Iβm learning to give myself a little grace. Donβt have too many supporters to pour into so Iβm hereβ¦pouring. Thanks for letting me vent. π«ΆπΎ

How do you ladies get yourself in the mood/grove to continue to workout? It seems like such a task




I started my postpartum fitness journey in the picture on the left with a challenge in January 2024 I was consistent with it but after it was over it was hard for me to find a workout plan to keep my consistent daily or weekly. So in April of 2024 I purchase QW program and this was my result in the picture on the right June 2024 and I was 7 months postpartum.I was obsessed with the QW app for a little at first when I bought it. But still loving it and staying consitant even now while pregnant again and Iβm due in May. The pic of me in the blue tank and pink shorts was yesterday 22weeks pregnant πͺ QW is the best! Staying consistent is key!
Started my menstrual cycle today but got the work done!!! Iβm addicted to this program π
