QUEENS — IT’S TIME TO RISE! ✨

Let this be your reminder: motivation doesn’t always come before action, it’s something you build when you decide to show up for yourself. 👑

Every time you press play, lift a weight, or push through that last rep, you’re not just training your body, you’re training your mind to keep its promises. 💪🏽

Consistency is the secret. You don’t need perfection, you just need to start and keep showing up, one day at a time. And when you do, everything changes, your energy, your confidence, your mood, and your mindset.

Tonight’s class is your opportunity to reconnect with your strength, release your stress, and remind yourself of the woman you’re becoming. 🔥Let’s get stronger together, Queens your future self will thank you for it. 🙌🏽

💫 Tune in LIVE tonight at 7:30PM ET , you’ve got this!

Monday made one month since I stopped vaping!!!. I stop it straight cold turkey. This is going to sound crazy but queen warrior helped me stop. Everytime the cravings became too much for the first week I just worked out which helped out significantly!

Trying to curb the cravings lead to working out 5-6 days a week. Which lead to me joining weight watchers. Which lead to me watching my protein intake.

It’s only up from here! Pictures will be posted soon!

👑 LYC-POWER CHALLENGE CELEBRATION! 💥

Queens, today we celebrate not just 3 winners… but every single one of YOU who showed up, stayed consistent, and gave this challenge your all! 🙌🏽✨

The LYC-Power Challenge was a 4-week journey, just 3 workouts a week but the transformation that took place went far beyond the physical. You proved that it doesn’t take countless hours in the gym to see results… it takes commitment, intention, and showing up for yourself.

This challenge reminded us that when women come together with purpose, accountability, and community magic happens.

You Queens lifted each other up, shared your struggles, celebrated your wins, and turned discipline into a lifestyle.

Now let’s take a moment to celebrate our 3 incredible winners who truly embodied what this challenge was all about strength, resilience, and heart. 🏆✨

👏🏽 1st Place: Nayda Tammy Lugo

👏🏽 2nd Place: Janice Ortiz-Gonzalez

👏🏽 3rd Place: Cynthia Mercado-Arreola

Every rep. Every post. Every moment of doubt you pushed through, it mattered.

You are proof that consistency + community = transformation.

We are so proud of you, Queens! Keep shining, keep pushing, and keep stepping into your POWER! ⚡️

I DID IT! Honestly, the program started this month and Today is the day I finally did it. Well cried the entire workout between the worship music, the great Fabi who shared her most personal story, my pains, mentally, physically and emotionally. I am a Government employee experiencing this shut down. as a single mother raising a king. An Army Veteran. I literally woke up looked myself in the mirror and yelled at myself…YOU ARE A WARRIOR! And Walked away. I need support. God bless you all!
