Love this LYC ♥️ just did my Day 2, my 3rd day working out this week. I did the live yesterday and just now I noticed some new definition in my arms 🏋️♀️ now am icing my arms because the workout was all about arms! Icing 10 min each side and each arm.
💪🏼 if you haven’t joined the challenge you should it really helps motivate me to workout more often and and eat well. Plus, there’s a group that’s very involved in rooting each other on the whole journey and that makes it fun 🥰.
