My exercise has been good but my food is terrible nothing really tastes good anymore. I am over chicken all together. I donāt want to turn to fast food or processed food. And suggestions?
Ladies ! Are we suppose to feel soreness in the booty after booty blaster workouts or is it just all leg !? Normally I just feel everything in my legs and wondering if itās because of my form š¤

Question: I work out 5-6 days a week and while Iām starting to see the results little by little (rounder booty, higher strength, toned muscles, etc.), my stomach is still the same. I do core workouts 1-2x a a week but I donāt seem to be losing any weight/inches around my stomach. Should I be doing an workouts with core as well, increase the number of core workouts I do per week, or is this something that just takes more time?
Here is my current workout regime:
Monday: Glutes
Tuesday: Upper Body
Wednesday: Core
Thursday: Lower Body
Friday: Full Body
Saturday: 1-2 miles on treadmill
Did the replay in the morning like I used to. It's just so much better to let you plan my workouts. I did want to add I have been using an amazing Bible app that has its own ai and you can customize your plan to what season you are on. Hey queens! Hope you all are still enjoying your journeys. I havenāt posted in a few months but Iām still on my journey! Hasnāt been perfect but still staying consistent. At the end of the day thatās all that matters Iām still choosing me. Here is my December to February update!
Back at it for week 2. I think I enjoyed myself too much this weekend. Turned up for my cousins for their birthdays but aināt made sure to still be conscious of what I ate and got a workout in on Saturday.
