It’s definitely worth keeping! I’ve been here 2-3 years & I’ll never leave! I support everything the other ladies said. It definitely takes determination & consistency. Even if you “mess up” every day. ..KEEP GOING anyway! Don’t allow yourself to find little pockets of reasons to quit. And trust me ..I know it’s a battle because I STILL will try to find a reason why I “can’t today” …

I’ve always been a petite person and when I started this I got so many backhanded comments from those in my circle because I’m “skinny…why do I need to workout” blah blah blah…but the truth about it was that it didn’t matter that I was skinny. I didn’t like something about my body so I changed it. I’m a c section mama and ever since that major surgery I’ve had issue with weight around my belly where as I didn’t before. It bothered me.

Whatever your story is love..only you can change that. Block the noise out and focus no matter how many times you fall. This app & community has helped me mentally & physically. It’s helped me see changes in my body I never even thought that I could have. Including recovering my c- section issues (physical & mental ones). A nice lil butt butt being another accomplishment lol 🍑. The nutrition calls, the challenges, the motivational messages during the workouts. The uplifting motivation from women all across the world. The inclusion ….

🔥🔥🔥 wheeeeew! THAT was gooooodt! I cant stand push ups. Upper body (arms specifically) is an area of opportunity for me. The LYC summer challenge REALLY helped me learn and work arms & back. I was able to push through every bit of this full routine. I am SO proud of myself🤍!
