Bummed I haven’t lost a single lbs since Thanksgiving… tried cutting out carbs and doing a 30 min class at least 5 days a week…. HELP!! ⬇️

Thank you for the positive words ladies!!! Trying not to get discouraged. I feel like used to be so easy to see results so now that it’s slower, it’s frustrating but I know consistancy pays off, I will def keep at it. 😁
