Got it, thanks!! I may have misunderstood. thought Fabi said the 30 min HIITs would be comí by back with more coaches but I’ve only seen one from her this month. The other HIITs have been an hour.

Thank you for the positive words ladies!!! Trying not to get discouraged. I feel like used to be so easy to see results so now that it’s slower, it’s frustrating but I know consistancy pays off, I will def keep at it. 😁
