Missing my 30 min HIIT - power just doesn’t hit the same and I don’t have time for a full hour… I thought I saw an announcement about these coming back… no? Guess I’ll resort to a good ol’ Sammie or Ray playback lol

I am super late but just realized that last week was coach Sammi’s last class with QW!! 😭😭💔
Was so surprised/bummed! Selfishly hoped she would never leave. Haha! does anyone have her insta?

Bummed I haven’t lost a single lbs since Thanksgiving… tried cutting out carbs and doing a 30 min class at least 5 days a week…. HELP!! ⬇️

Should I be doing HIIT or Power for max results?
