I did not submit my before and after pictures, I am only sharing them here with you ladies. Your posts really helped me do this. I hope i can help another Queen.
The results from my 6 week challenge… I am not a Mom but looked like one, thanks to this challenge 🙌🏼 I have lost most of my belly and gained a butt! I am 52 and my body started changing with no hope in sight until this LYC Spring Challenge. Queen Warriors works if we show up for ourselves in the kitchen 🥗 and the mat 💪🏼.
I can’t wait to see myself this summer!
