I did not submit my before and after pictures, I am only sharing them here with you ladies. Your posts really helped me do this. I hope i can help another Queen.
The results from my 6 week challenge… I am not a Mom but looked like one, thanks to this challenge 🙌🏼 I have lost most of my belly and gained a butt! I am 52 and my body started changing with no hope in sight until this LYC Spring Challenge. Queen Warriors works if we show up for ourselves in the kitchen 🥗 and the mat 💪🏼.
I can’t wait to see myself this summer!

Am a member :) I received an email, just like I did with the spring challenge with a link to purchase for $19. It had a countdown to purchase before the price changes to $29 so I purchased it. 😊

Joining this challenge made me become consistent. I think 🤔 I joined in 2020 and had only tried a few workouts throughout the years maybe did a few lives. This challenge changed everything, I kept hearing Fabiana’s voice, she’s said something about showing up for yourself, because no one can show up for you and do it for you.

The support and motivation from everyone here and on FB is the best!
