Some times we have to go with the flow. I had planned to meal prep today and then we had an earthquake nothing to bring structures down but it sure upset my nerves 😬. Working out with Coach Jamila for 60 minutes helped 🙌🏼. But that’s about all I can do today!

Hi ladies! I can’t sleep 💤 I have so much energy maybe it’s that 8/8/8 and 8/12 portal! So, I went shopping on Amazon and found this walking pad on sale $109! I need to get my steps in. Sharing for anyone else who isn’t walking but needs too. 🚶🏽‍♀️the brand is DeerRun.
