Happy Monday 2024!

Hi Queens 😊hope your holidays were nice 😊.

Now, it’s back to Queen Warriors workouts 💪🏼
I stopped after Xmas but did recent replays or joined the lives throughout December, after Xmas I haven’t done QW workouts but I have been on my treadmill 30 minutes a day since Friday! And watched some Coach Alexis nutrition classes which I love 🙌🏼✨💞.

Yesterday, one of my best friends who I talked into joining Queen Warriors messaged me a reminder to workout and it was such a happy moment! Having one of my BFF here with me is amazing! Get your friends to join Queens!! It makes it extra special receiving a reminder text from a friend ❤️✨💪🏼.

So ladies this is your reminder to get back! We have each other for motivation! 💞✨💞

I can’t wait to do Fabi’s replays later today!

Happy Holidays Queen. What an amazing and inspiring transformation, congratulations!!

I’ll keep you in my prayers 🙌🏼✨ God bless you and may you have a speedy recovery.

For Suggestions: Write an affirmation on a post it note or chalk board, “My body is strong and heals fast.”

Have patience with your recovery and take baby steps to get back. Try sound bath mediation, breathing exercises & healing music frequencies on YouTube or in person, both work! Follow a nutrition plan, get the QW one with Coach Alexis that’s helped me the most.

I have used all these suggestions to help my 79 year old Mom get to a better place health wise and it’s working. Miracles happen when you believe! 🙌🏼✨💗
