My condolences to you Queen 👑 May your Mom’s love, spirit and energy always be with you and guide you. ☀️❤️☀️

I know the pain of losing a parent and it’s unimaginable. During my loss of my Dad, 9 years ago May 3, I gained weight, but then I had to help my Mom pick herself up from her sorrow too. I turned to hiking and reading articles about the loss of a parent and that helped. There’s also a book I read ages ago during another loss that helped me called, “Embraced By The Light”, highly recommend it.

Does that mean I can not forward to the actual start of the video? Some videos start 3 minutes into the intro.. please see attached. Sometimes I would fast forward through some talking, when my time is limited and I just really need to get that workout done I have to fast forward. It’s ok if I don’t get a badge, I will know I did it 💪🏼 but am wondering 🤔 thank you!!

Hi Queens!

Wondering if any of you have been stocking up on certain foods with all the uncertainty we’re hearing about with empty ports, and the possibility of empty shelves. I’ve been buying things on sale like this rolled oats $6 at Costco, what a deal! I’m a one income home and an independent contractor so I have to plan ahead. Also stocking up a little bit for my friends and family who are not doing it for themselves. Since I have been shopping almost daily I can tell you prices are seriously rising every day.

I sent my bffs a list but the list keeps growing. Let’s be ready for anything ladies, we are Queen Warriors and we got this!

Hi Queens!

Thanks to Coach Chasity saying she was working out daily for May, I am trying to do the same. Today is my 8th day!!! I didn’t want to workout but I did and am only doing 30 min workouts. I feel great after every workout and excited to see the difference 31 days can make.
