Iβve missed you all, I had 2 of my best friends in town for a week! A vacation for them and a staycation for me. I gained my weight back but I know what I need to do to get back thanks to Queen Warriors.
I did workout but very little a 60 min yoga replay with Amiee β€οΈ jumped into the last 30 min of a Fabiana live β€οΈ and one of my best friends who is also a Queen Warriors and I watched one of Fabianaβs replay chats from her 12 week challenge. We loved it! We walked a lot for 7 days and did a lot of stairs but I ate so much I gained weight.
Today, am trying to eat healthy arugula with mustard, 1/2 a steamed potatoe, steamed carrots, feta cheese and edamame after a week of full indulgence π± πΊ π« πͺ π·..
I wanted to have bread this morning, so happy to eat carbs π₯° this morningβs breakfast chopped grape tomatoes π with feta cheese on a baguette π₯ π₯.
I hadnβt worked out in 2 days and didnβt want to workout today but thought if I skipped one more day it would get harder to get back, so I did it!!! The message Fabiana has at the end was on point ππΌπ.

A quick and easy meal! Peeled a zucchini with a carrot peeler, threw it in boiling water and made a delicious zucchini pasta π with 1 tablespoon of peanut sauce. π
I have to get back to eating better, no more excuses, Queen Warriors has given me every tool I need to make it happen.
I heard a success story from a Queen named Sarah during Fabianβs call for her 12 week Reconstruction plan that I have missed 5 weeks but today I was ready to get back!
Her and Fabiana said things that really spoke to me so here I am about to do Coach Ravens workout and meal prep for tomorrow!
