Hi ladies happy Monday! I posted last Sunday that I would take an after picture I didn’t get a full body but I have lost 5 pounds since. I worked out at least one 30 minute workout four times a week and I cut a lot of the things I know make me gain weight like too much carbs everything high in sodium and all cookies basically all the things I love. Goal for this week I hope to do five workouts and to follow the eating plan I bought from Queen Warriors.
We got this queens if I could do this at 52 years old I know you can!!

Eating healthier is paying off am down 5lbs since Friday!! I just stopped eating cookies, chocolate 🍫 and tried not to eat after 8pm but I gave in at midnight and had peanuts 🥜.

It’s working this is dinner chicken with quinoa, bell peppers, tomatoes, salt, pepper, tomatoes, paprika from the stove top. I saw Fabi make the chicken on IG and it’s great!!

We got this ladies!!! 💥💪🏽

Hi Queens!
How do you keep track of your workouts on here? Is there a way to know what workout we do on what days? A log that keeps track, like this week you did: 2 or 6.
I didn’t do a QWs workout today but think I did 3-5 this week but I walked as much as I could in the real world 😁 not on my walking pad.

My before picture (today) after going to a Mexican restaurant and having all the things that make me gain weight one more time!! 🤣
My after picture coming next week let’s see what I can accomplish in a week!!
I gained all my weight back since the Spring and Summer Challenge but I still kept up with the workouts here and there. This coming week, I challenge myself to workout all week and eat healthy.

Let’s do this ladies!!!

Happy Saturday ladies! I was working out to Aimee’s Power replay 8/12/2024 when my final Amazon shipment came in for my treadmill shoes! No more excuses, am getting my steps in starting today but first, I must finish working out with Aimee!!
Originally, I picked a Fabi workout but the universe felt I needed Aimee and that’s what started playing on my tv! 😁ok universe let’s do this! 🙌🏼💫
