Hi ladies!
The workout for 4 week isn’t up yet and my body needs a workout that’s going to melt my body aches away because today I woke up with body aches! Oh just remembered! I was carrying my nieces toddler and he is a big baby and running around with her 5 yr old. My workout yesterday 🥰🥰.
Going to do this Yoga with Aimee! 🧘🏽♀️

Happy November! Good morning Queens. I used my walking pad this morning and am sweating 20 min after 🥵 now am 8,000 steps away from making my daily steps!
I recommend these walking pads but I think the rails are necessary. I’ve only fallen off of it once and thank God for having balance and building strength on QWs I didn’t die lol. Get one with the hand rails!

Good morning! Happy Halloween 🎃 👻
Queens I woke up thinking of us and QWtv. I wanted to share again that for me what seems to really be helping my journey is having joined Coach Alexis nutrition class and Fabiana’s nutrition package.
Am noticing my eating habits and choices are changing and it’s all due to their guidance in those programs. We can’t just do the workouts we must also follow a healthy nutrition plan.
Sending you some beach vibes 💙.
Yesterday, I did my steps at the beach with my niece I didn’t make 10,000 steps but close enough at 8,825!!

Hi Queens! I was born in Central America and raised in Hollywood/Los Angeles I am a Dodgers fan 💙and I made this collage and just realized all I want is to maintain the look that makes me feel the most like me.
Last year, I started losing that look. I was 1 year into menopause, something I waited for my whole life lol hated my horrible periods and never wanted to have kids so I went into so happy! Like yay!! Until, the weight gain started and not only was I gaining weight my body was looking deformed. My arms omg so different than now. I’ve never been super fit I love eating but I have done my best to not be any bigger. It’s in my family genes we are big people, or at least not fit, they will kill me for calling them big 😁am petite so every one appears bigger!
One day feeling completely defeated 😔 I remembered I had Queen Warriors and all I had to do was do it! That was last November and since then and 3 challenges later am feeling like me again.
Don’t take your body for granted be good to it now. Eat well and exercise. I really wish I had Queen Warriors in my younger years but I am so grateful I have QW now!
Every member and their stories, enthusiasm plus Fabiana, Raven, Ynona, Chasity, Aimee, Alexis, Jennifer all these amazing young Queens guiding me back to a place I didn’t think I could come back to. Thank you ladies!!
We have to challenge ourselves daily.
