I have to get back to eating better, no more excuses, Queen Warriors has given me every tool I need to make it happen.
I heard a success story from a Queen named Sarah during Fabian’s call for her 12 week Reconstruction plan that I have missed 5 weeks but today I was ready to get back!
Her and Fabiana said things that really spoke to me so here I am about to do Coach Ravens workout and meal prep for tomorrow!

Starting over day 1 😊 ✅ Coach Raven’s 2/1 Dance. I did it again because it’s just what I needed on a Sunday morning 💃🏻🥰 ✅ Matcha 🍵 not coffee 🥴see how I do later, I love coffee ☕️. ✅ Protein smoothie with 1 scoop Orgain plant based chocolate powder, 1 cup Almond, Cashew, Macadamia Nut milk from Trader Joe’s, 1 spoon of peanut butter and frozen berries. It was the most delicious 😋 ever!
I hope you are doing better than me and working out. I haven’t been doing it much, only a few this week and not eating that great either. Just now, I went to grab something from my fridge and captured Fabiana’s stare 😁yes, I need to get back on track!! Thank you Queen Fabiana for always being there when needed!!

I joined 2 challenges in January and couldn’t participate in neither one due to the fires and how they affected my work and just emotionally knowing a huge part of our city is gone took a huge toll.
But on the bright side of life, I managed to lose 6lbs!! I tried to do all the things I have learned here with eating healthy and being disciplined.
Luckily, one of the challenges is a 12 week. I can jump back in, I’m ready! Don’t give up ladies. It’s a lot of hard work to make the right choices especially when you’re used to eating whatever you want but if we don’t make those changes we will never see results.
I just did Coach Raven’s HIIT from Friday it feels great working out again. 😁 I was sore from her stretch 1 class for a few days but loved it!
Any new nutrition Coach Alexis 2025 and Coaches Kamila, Aimee, Chasity? Oh are they on the Demand?! It’s been a while I forgot how to navigate the app!
