Hi Queens,

Happy Wednesday. I haven’t started W2 but I will soon! I love seeing you ladies 1/2 way through 💪🏽👑go Queens! I worked out to Fabiana’s live on Monday and was hurting all day yesterday, got a 20 min walk in though ☺️.

Wanted to share these tools with you, they help sculpt the body. I’ve used the one I have 3 times in the last few months and always notice a little difference. I will start using it more often. These tools help lymphatic drainage, reducing inflammation & muscle stiffness. Look them up on YouTube and Amazon if interested, they work. I got mine at a Marshall’s and usually find these types of products there.

Hi Queens, hope you’re having a nice day.

I was hungry but didn’t want anything specific or big so I added chocolate plant based protein powder with water and a scoop of peanut butter to plain cashew yogurt, mixed it in a blender and added peaches, blueberries and peanuts. It was a perfect snack before dinner.

Hi Queens.

Here’s my egg sandwich for breakfast. I used Dave’s Killer Bread thin slices but just noticed all the sodium! Once in awhile it’s ok for me to eat that much sodium but I notice the inflammation it causes my body. Added a side of guacamole salsa from Trader Joe’s, which is amazing! And vegan mozzarella cheese with romaine lettuce it was delicious 😋.

I am not vegan, but I was a vegetarian for 10 years during my 20s and vegan for one year during my 30s so I tend to go back to that type of food choices every 2 to 3 days a week.

Have a great day ladies. Eat what makes you happy, try to make the best choices. Food is life. ♥️

Love this LYC ♥️ just did my Day 2, my 3rd day working out this week. I did the live yesterday and just now I noticed some new definition in my arms 🏋️‍♀️ now am icing my arms because the workout was all about arms! Icing 10 min each side and each arm.

💪🏼 if you haven’t joined the challenge you should it really helps motivate me to workout more often and and eat well. Plus, there’s a group that’s very involved in rooting each other on the whole journey and that makes it fun 🥰.

This week am “trying” to eat at home and not eating after 9pm. My breakfast: sourdough toast with a Farmers Market jelly, butter, strawberries and banana!

Good morning Queens 😊 day 3 of working out daily. I woke up and did Coach Sherrell’s Pilates 💗just perfect for my 3rd day workout 🙌🏼☀️! Pilates gives me the same feeling as hiking it’s really empowering. All these workouts provide that happy feeling, hope you find time to do one today.

Hi Queens 👑

Hope you’re all well?! I did not reach my goal of 4 workout, got 1 in before the new week started! I turned on my tv to QW and Coach Aimee’s Power workout seemed like the perfect workout to jump back into and it was, the mantra was “listen to your intuition”.

Today, am about to workout and idk who I feel like working out too, love them all.

Even though I only did 1 workout for the week, I received a lot of compliments about my body. The results of a year of challenges is paying off!

Don’t give up Queens, just 1 workout will lead to more. 🥰☮️☀️
