Hi Queens.

Hope you’re all okay. I know the news of Coach Raven leaving us is very sad. I guess she has to move on the the next chapter of her wonderful life, we were blessed to have been part of this one. Her energy made working out easy and fun. I hope we all take a little bit of that energy with us as we continue on our own amazing path to the next chapter of our lives.

We have Fabiana, Jennifer and so many amazing coaches here I know we will be ok. I follow Coach Raven and Coach Yvona on Instagram to stay connected 💞💞.

Today, a Queen 👑 posted asking what books are we reading, I shared one, then I went on YouTube and found the whole book on audio!

💞💡 I had an idea! Maybe this book/audio can help those who are sad about Coach Raven stay positive and bring a little joy and an abundance of blessings!!

That’s what the book is about the blessings already in our lives and how to receive them.

Today, after a work cancellation, I remembered my Reiki Master had invited me to a 2 hour Spring Equinox Ceremony! After the amazing 2 hour Queen Warriors 5 Year Anniversary party! What a great evening and way to start Spring.

I thought of Queen Warriors and all of you Queens and how important it is to take time for things we love. Before our guided meditation we had to share our personal intention, mine was to take care of myself to grow into that woman I see myself becoming, as I age. For me that means: clean eating, exercise and cutting out my sugar overload. And we shared what energy we wanted to send out to the world I sent: strength, healing, love and peace.🙌🏼☮️💞

Hi Queens!

I did a 5 day work out streak this week! I started on Sunday. Some days I didn’t want to workout like today or I wanted to give up 1/2 way but I kept going and if I can do it so can you Queens. Since last week I lost 4lbs, I gained about 8lbs when my friends came to town we were on an all you can eat challenge lol. I’ll try not to do that to my body again.

Last week, when I saw cellulite all over my body in areas I hadn’t seen before I was determined to do something about it. I have been overloading on sugar and maybe that’s why it got to this point, gained weight and didn’t workout. I know cellulite, wrinkles, stretch marks are a part of gaining and losing weight but I hope with this latest challenge I can do something about it.

Regardless, I will wear sexy outfits this Spring and Summer because beauty is an attitude and we’re all beautiful Queens. ❤️

If I wake up for the live I’ll do this Kettlebell with Coach Chasity! 💞

Hi ladies 😊Happy Monday Queens.

I’m really trying to eat better this week. Here’s an arugula salad with edamame, green peppers, grape tomatoes, reduced sodium dry salami, avocado, paprika, salt and pepper with a spray of avocado oil. It was delicious 😋.

I just did Fabiana’s live and feel amazing!! 2 day streak and I already feel better after eating and drinking everything while my best friends were in town.

1st picture today after Fabiana’s live and yesterday’s replay of a 30min yoga with Amiee.

2nd picture this past Thursday, feeling everything I ate and drank for a week and not liking how I looked or felt.
