The results from my 6 week challenge… I am not a Mom but looked like one, thanks to this challenge 🙌🏼 I have lost most of my belly and gained a butt! I am 52 and my body started changing with no hope in sight until this LYC Spring Challenge. Queen Warriors works if we show up for ourselves in the kitchen 🥗 and the mat 💪🏼.
I can’t wait to see myself this summer!

Is anyone experiencing chest pain, not like a heart attack, like muscle soreness in the middle of their chest? After today’s workout, I felt it and wondered if the kettlebell and weights worked areas I never have. 🤔
