Today, I purchased the nutrition program on Queen Warriors so excited about it. As a Latina, I only learned about nutrition from magazines in my teens and through the years reading articles and books 📚 now I have the opportunity to learn more from a professional! Am sure it will be another life changing moment thanks QWTV 🙌🏼♥️

I was sick so I only did 1 workout yesterday dance with Raven it was so good!
How’s the exercise and nutrition going? I have kept up with the nutrition and have lost an additional 2lbs to my 6 from the challenge am so excited!! Let’s keep going and encouraging each other ladies 👸🏽💕.

Today Facebook sent one of those 10 years ago vs now memories.
If it wasn’t for Queen Warriors and all of you ladies encouraging me with your stories, workouts and posts I don’t think I could have accomplished this. I had lost hope in the Fall of 2023 thinking am never going to look myself again this age weight gain is real but Raven helped prove me wrong with the Spring and Summer Challenge. Thank you Fabiana over and over and everyone else. I look forward to getting over my covid and start back with live workouts!

Queen Warrior works! Last month, I gave one of my bff the gift of Queen Warriors membership for a year (sent $ via Venmo). Saw a picture of her and she looks amazing. I messaged her and said you’re using Queen Warrior TV!! I can tell!! She said, yes, and getting recipe ideas from their website. I am so happy to share Queen Warriors with everyone I know I wish I could buy all of my friends and nieces a year’s membership. To the ladies asking if they should keep Queen Warriors yes, you should, it works when you show up and do the workouts!
I am so happy for my bff! She said she can’t wait to have me over this summer to make me some of the salad recipes and on our upcoming girls friends reunion/vacation we will be doing some QWtv workouts. I asked her to add it to our itinerary! 😁💪🏼

Was thinking 🤔 of having chocolate for a snack 🍫 but then I thought, no, I am not going back and having to start all over again. I made this bowl of fruits with a table spoon of peanut butter and some cashew yogurt.
The Summer Challenge is over ladies but our healthier lifestyle has to continue to maintain these new bodies and to keep loving ourselves ♥️ 👸🏽👸🏼👸🏻only we can make that choice.
I am not cutting out chocolate but I really don’t need it right now before 11am 😁.
