I don’t have a set schedule so I start my weeks on a Sunday. This week I will eat and workout like I did during one of the 3 challenges I did this year 2024 to step into 2025 feeling amazing!

Woke up just in time to do some HIIT with Coach Yvona! Working out in the morning is my favorite! I will set my Friday 7am alarm for every morning live class! 🙌🏼💗🙌🏼

Day 4 of the QW daily challenge, try a new workout, I tried this one, killed me after Yvona 20 minutes in 😁💪🏼also did a 30min Coach Ray replay from yesterday 🏋️‍♀️, so total workout today 50 minutes, we got this ladies!

I walked a lot today so am only doing 1-30min.
Today’s 45 minute walk at the Santa Monica Pier 😊 and I walked around Costco too 😁.

I hope you’re having a great day. I’ve been rushing all day, but I’m so happy I meal prepped because I just ran into my apartment warmed up my food and I am now on my way to work. It was as easy as sitting through a drive-through except healthier. Thanks, Queens Warriors TV. 💗😘💗

Happy Thanksgiving Day Queens.

Here’s my 1 year difference! Last Thanksgiving Day 2023 I looked at myself in this picture on the left and was so sad to see myself changing so drastically. I was 1 year out of menopause and I didn’t know how I would ever look like me again.

Luckily, I followed Fabiana and always saw her stories and posts and thought omg I have Queen Warriors all I need to do is show up! I started showing up more consistently and then Spring 2024 I did my 1st challenge, Summer 2024 my 2nd and now Fall 2024 my 3rd! Raven was my coach for all 3 🙌🏼💗but all of the coaches have helped me like they can’t imagine they all add their knowledge and inspiration to this amazing app and it’s working for me!

From Thanksgiving 2023 to Thanksgiving 2024 I lost around 10lbs+ and 1 inch around my waist. The last challenge gave me the boost I needed. Plus, I’ve purchase all the additionals like nutrition with Coach Alexis a meal plan with Fabiana, the 10 min programs & all have helped but it took a year of lots of workouts and building new habits.

Am grateful for Fabiana and all the coaches in this amazing Queen Warriors community 💗💗💗💗💗🙌🏼 all of you ladies too, am thankful for you. Am happy for your success, I see your pictures and it’s nice to see the transformations we are all going through 🦋🥰
