Showing up for a live or pre-recorded work out may help you feel better. I had a Pilates instructor before the pandemic who would say, “some pilates, is better then no pilates”. So if you show up for 10, 15 or 20 minutes it’s better than not showing up. Take baby steps and develop a habit. Show up for you, it will make you feel better and look better but we can’t expect over night results it takes time and effort but eventually you will see the results. Breathe Queen, try again tomorrow, don’t stop you’re already here. 🫶🏼
