Another great book. Today, am exhausted from a month still trying to catch up on lost work from the January fires. Am happy to have work again but my body feels worn out. Am staying in bed today until I have to work later. Remember to self care. Sadness requires self care too and being sad about Coach Raven 🐦⬛ can affect us in many way. Stretch, workout or stay in bed and read a book, watch a movie.
