Hi. Glad you’re recovering Queen, God Bless You! When my Mom had 2 strokes I wrote her a note on a chalkboard frame that read: my body is strong and I heal daily. She made a full recovery, visualize yourself back to normal. Have patience with your recovery ❤️‍🩹.

Pilates or yoga are great core exercises, do them at your own pace and only do what feels comfortable. I would also recommend a thick mat for extra comfort.

Get well soon Queen. Walking is a great form of exercise when you can’t do much or Qigong.

I love this too for muscle pain and also on my face. It’s stainless steel so it won’t break like the rose quartz ones.

Hi Queens sorry it took me forever to post these pictures to follow up with the post.

I use these Igloo ice packs wrapped in a t-shirt or on a paper towel on my arms or anywhere I need them.
