I see a change in my skin tone, more tightening. My face looks thinner.

My weight hasn’t changed much I keep losing from 1 - 3 lbs. My measurements are the same but every thing I wear fits better.

Am not doing it at 100% so am happy with my current results and inspired to get to that 100% to see bigger results.. 💪🏼♥️ thank you QW!

Hi go to the Spring Challenge screen on the main page of the app. You will see a little icon of folders it says 15 now that all 3 weeks are there, click on that to open the videos.

I can only play the challenge videos through my cell, not tv. Try both 😊
