Knowing I will feel better after a workout motivates me and gives me the energy to start my day. I don’t have a schedule but I try to do it before I have to get ready for my day but setting a schedule is probably best to be consistent. Try 1/2 a 30 min workout and build up. Good luck, you got this. 🍀 😊

Thank you ladies! Made by a restaurant called California Fish & Grill. It was a shrimp salad made of kale, feta cheese, avocado, Cajun shrimp, corn, onions and tomatoes. I don’t think I added dressing it was delicious!!
