💕Thank you Queens!! In my 20s I read books like Fast Food Nation and try to avoid Fast Food but lately I have been eating it. I think all that helps I see 52 in my skin texture and neck so ladies take collagen now and use moisturizers. 😘☺️we can be healthy and sexy at any age especially when we have Queen Warriors. 🙌🏼

Sylvia Gonzalez wow that is a challenge but you know your body best and only do what feels safe. I modify a lot of the workouts like jumping am on the 2nd floor I can’t be jumping and that’s probably best for me anyway lol. Also, I’ve had a wrist injury for months so I can’t do weights or anything that requires my wrists. So I find something to replace that move with like ab work or squats.

Ariseleny Pena you’re welcome! Balance is important in life, when we have balance we avoid falls, I have tripped a few times and balance always saves me! Which reminds me I need to practice it daily 😊.

Today. Oh I just remembered I had fast food twice this week and a lot of pastries! I had a funeral on Monday, and lost another friend. That’s 3 losses in 2 months but am still here and I want to feel healthy and look better as I age. ☺️ thanks to Queen Warriors and you ladies who encourage and motivate me! 🥰💕

Hope this helps it shows you can do it holding on to a chair. I would start slow and practice balance once you have the balance down it’s easier.
