Start at your own pace. I can’t do all the movements or workouts but I keep moving and I rarely use weights from being injured but I have gotten results and I think nutrition is the most important or portion control. Take a picture and once you start seeing the changes in your body you will automatically want to keep going! ☺️thank you! My favorite spot, my old neighborhood it’s called Silver Lake, California. 15 min from Downtown Los Angeles this is the reservoir. Try another safe neighborhood. I stopped hiking/walking with the challenges because the city of L.A., is a bit dangerous right now so my only exercise has been QW and getting in and out of my car for work but I love walking!

Oh no, sorry to hear. Take it easy Queen. I ice or heat every thing to feel better. I also use healing music 🎶 you can find some on YouTube plus any muscle ointments like cbd, tiger balm, arnica gel.
