Today I did W1D2 💪🏼 and ate 1/2 of each 🍕for lunch. Ricotta Cheese & Spinach and Eggplant with tomatoes.

Spaghetti squash recipe 😋 just cut in half, long side, clean out the seeds/area. Bake. Once it’s fully cooked and soft, let is sit a few minutes, use a fork to remove the Squash with long strokes, it comes out looking like spaghetti.

Hi I recommend this for spaghetti squash it comes out delicious. I’ll post the recipe in the next post.
