☀️Starting today off with my 30 min walking on my treadmill 🚶🏻‍♀️🫁! Felt good because last week was a shut down week for me because I was not feeling 😷well ♥️

From Chicago so this was a struggle to keep it to a minimum but my beautiful parents invited me to dinner and couldn’t say no ♥️

✈️🗺️💍💍Happy Sunday Coming back from Honeymoon ❤️ vacation and feels good to be Home Sweet Home! Starting mentally to get my week started Monday and ready to keep up with my nutrition and workouts!

Love my Hubby and loved our time together and the one thing that keeps us going is staying committed to our health and mental peace. He is such a great supportive partner that allows me to have some alone time and also checks in with me. Love this community and can’t wait for the next LYC!!!
