My advice definitely do not miss tonight’s workout or you’ll feel it worse. Take some time and stretch , there are stretch videos on the app, even if you do it for 15 min. I normally walk 15 min on my treadmill before the workout to warm up, but definitely stretch🎀💪🏻You got this!

Love them also!!! Yvonne and Raven classes are my fav to get my morning going because Raven had the 30 min workout and 20 min rest and it was a quick 30 min workout 🏋️ perfect for my morning routine
