Yesss Queen!!! Thank you for sharing because I've been expressing that since these new changes. Ok, I get if you have to cut down to one live class per day BUT at least alternate some live classes in the evening and some in the morning. Friday shouldn't be the only day with a morning live class.

I am with you 1000% queen... My first real results and what made me fall in love with the program was that first ATHW back in 2021. It was FREE!!! And...the classes were live, not a series of already recorded workouts. I miss those days. I just kinda roll with the punches (changes) and make the best of the program to fit my needs. Thanks for shining light on this Queen 🫶

I prefer to have a combination of 30 minute classes and 1 hour classes. Especially since we only get 1 live class per day now. All these changes 🙃 Personally, I'm not a fan of the Queen Warrior 3 Method.
