So while working out I struggle with being comfortable in my lunges and I canโ€™t do a push up yet , with that being said if I cannot do a complete push up am I still getting something out of it when I do them even if I canโ€™t go all the way down same with my lunges lol I almost fall over trying to do those but when I go down as far as I can I feel like Iโ€™m not going down enough ? Any suggestions

Iโ€™m going threw the same I think we just got try to do as much of a work out as we can even if itโ€™s only 15 minutes an if you are eating more then normal just try to incorporate more healthy option kind of like the 80 / /20 rule
