Yes I lost 5 pounds the first week been working out since 0ct of 2023 I just started fasting last month because my weight was at a stand still download the simple app to track eating habits and fasting schedule

I would focus on gaining muscle and try to intermittent fast as well I do a 16 hr fast no late night eating. Hope this helps
