Queens I need some suggestions!! I have been doing good with my eating and exercise. Then my job changed my schedule to 10pm-6:30am for the next month. I am literally falling apart. This past week I feel like π©. I am not getting much sleep, my whole body hurts, I am not eating right nor exercising. I have a constant headache. What can I do to get back right? I am so miserable and I am ready to quit my job. I hate this schedule and it really isnβt working for me. How do anyone working the night shift get right and live a normal life? Please help!!!!
