The small changes you make when you’re going through these stressful times will turn into long term victories.
For me, I’m an emotional eater. So when I’m stressed, I usually dive into the biggest bag of Salt and vinegar chips I can find. This journey has taught me that I can be in control of my mind and body - while I may still have a bag of chips here and there, I don’t have to give in all the time.
