Hi ladies
Does anyone take creatine? If so, Whatโs your experience with it? I keep reading mixed reviews. ๐lately my measurements have stayed the same and I would like to gain a little more muscle, Iโm not looking to bulk up. Iโve increased weights, I use ankle and wrist weight, I eat good, never skip meals, take my protein powders too. I feel I might need some creatine now, but like I said Iโve read some good and some really bad reviews too about taking creatine. I appreciate any input.
