I’ve been a QW since 2021! 🙌🏽 started with Jennifer zoga dream builders program then she announced she’s going to be part of qw. This has been one of the best programs I’ve found. I never thought I would be addicted to sculpting my body. I use to only do yoga class with Sabrina, when she left I started to do barre and that’s was a game changer for me. I fell in love with barre! All the coaches are fantastic they all bring their own unique styles to every workout 🏋🏻‍♀️! I’m grateful to of found Jennifer zoga and eventually QW 🧚🏼‍♀️👑

I’m right with you! I’m a petite who benefited so much from 30min barre and power classes. Now with the new schedule, I’ve only been doing replays. But , I have to admit it is getting a little boring and it’s not challenging me anymore 🫠i miss just being able to play a new 30 minute class. It would be nice to just start adding 30 minutes power classes. So nice.

I’ve been doing lots of old replays too. The schedule just hasn’t been the same and it’s been hard to adjust 😕I’ve been trying my best to adjust to the new setup. 😞
