Oo yes your just starting I’ll be a good month before you even see anything difference if your consistent and Disciplined. With the eating. I use the life sum app and I followed the weight lose meal plan for 3 weeks. Just helps you eat healthier and I didn’t follow most there meals but it helps you calculate your calories and how much carbs fats and protein you should be eating to get to the goal you want to. Also I use the Bobby approved app that helps you find better alternatives to the things we already eat.

Thank you love appreciate it. I do Monday Wednesday Friday work outs for an hour so I’ll be like Monday lower body hiit and power then Wednesday upper body hiit and power and than Friday full body. and other days I just walk or anything semi active if I can.

Kayy Olvera when I first started I realized I was eating way to much fats then I was suppose to and not even enough carbs so the app or anything you use to keep track helps you with that a lot.

Kayy Olvera yes so that can be a big problem cause portion is a big thing. I’ve learned that a lot and you may be eating more macros and calories you think you are. So even if you make your own pre dinner and bring it with you here and there I’ll help you stay on track. It’s the same like if you go out to eat a lot you really can’t count calories or no the portions for things.

Kayy Olvera I pretty much planned ahead. So I had some things packed already but I always made mostly fresh breakfast every day and dinner. Just planned meals ahead of time. I also used the life sum app that’s helped me and still use it to track my food and macros. I also use the Bobby approved app that helps with finishing better alternatives to what we already eat.

Hey queens. I just wanted to post this to motivate anyone who is feeling discouraged or not as driven. I achieved this with only working out three times a week and being super consistent with my food intake. Don’t give up on yourself. Give yourself grace. Be kind to yourself. Enjoy the journey and have fun with it. Don’t be too strict or negative. We can be our worst critic. You got this queen. Your a women phenomenally. Phenomenal women 💪🏽💕🫶🏽

This is what I achieve in 8 weeks with just working out three times a week and beeing very consistent with food. You got this three weeks is just the beginning. Please don’t get discouraged

Hey queens. I absolutely love queen warrior and been apart of it since 2020. I’m back after just trying other things but queen warriors is where I belong. I have a question. For the fat loss do I do full body hitt one hour than lower body 1 hour or 30 mins each ? Which makes the most sense now that I write it lol
