I've been preparing lunch but dinner we eat at my in laws alot so she cooks so it's hard for me to count calories for me I'm still trying to get the hang of it.

Hi ladies. I'm going on 3 weeks been meal prepping and trying to work out 3x a week I've been pretty consistent but still have some days when I slack off a bit. I'm still not seeing results I feel a little discouraged like my belly fat will never wear off. This is what I'm looking like now.
