Queen, thank YOU for trusting us enough to share this. I don’t take your story or your words lightly.

First of all, SIX C sections?! Your body has carried you through so much, and seeing you already recognizing the potential in yourself makes me so proud. Please give that body grace as it continues to heal.

But what you shared about Monday’s workout really touched me. THIS is why Queen Warriors has always been about so much more than changing our bodies. Sometimes we walk into these workouts carrying things nobody else in the room can see.

The fact that you were reminded of such a painful chapter and were still able to remind yourself, “I made it out. I’m here. I’m moving forward,” is POWERFUL.And girl, if something I said helped you find even a little bit of that strength in that moment, THAT is why I do this. ❤️

You survived that chapter. You chose yourself. And now you’re surrounded by women who genuinely want to see you WIN. Keep going, Queen. We’re so grateful you’re here
