Hey Queen, listen you are not alone in this battle . But you have to remind yourself that you are the only one that can get yourself out of this space. You are a strong woman , you are not weak! Hold yourself accoutable and focus on showing up one day at a time .

For example: today Friday im going to do a 30 min workout. No excuses .

And tomorrow we will worry about tomorrow . But today we focus on today.

Regarding your nutrition , you gotta remove all of those things from your house. You bought them…. Don’t buy them, dont have any around. I know it sounds insane , but radical changes require radicals moves. And if we are not willing to do this for US … then who will ?

I adore you . I see you and i know you are more than capable of achieving this .
