The tracking requires intentionality , and being able to consistently do it BUTTT i have to tell you .. and you may not like this lol but when you track atlas for 6-12 weeks your results will be soooooo on poin !!!!! My beatiful Queen im sending you tons and tons of love and hugs. Im going to break your message into different parts and i want to make sure I answered it to my best .

1. Being honest, and doing things the right way is not about other people. Being honest is what God expects to be and so this is between you and God . We can’t do things to please others, or unto them because thats not what God asks of us, but also because we will never make people happy. Also Remmeber its your energy, you have to do everything in your power to stay above water. Everybody and everything is not deserving of your energy and neither do you need to explain yourself. Your boundaries are yours and the space you created to help you stay in peace. You dont always have to cut people off when they violate your boundaries you just have to reinforce and remind them with love, “hey, i had mentioned before im not ok with that . Don’t do it again .” Boom thats it . * on my amazon I have a book called boundaries phenomenal book )

2. Take a deep breath, the scale doesn’t always show the true depiction of the changes happening in your body .multiple things can cause a shift in the scale. Instead of depending on the scale take before and week pictures, or try on clothes that didn’t fit before . Those are valuable non scale victories .

3. Regarding people , you have to have grace. Everyone is on their own journey. It doesn’t mean you have an open door policy where they just abuse and take advantage of you . Look at boundaries are your gate around your home. Your neighbor can take her car to your yard because your gate is there. You have to stand firm on your boundaries. Also other peoples emotional baggage is not yours to carry ( you mention you have o defend others ) you can give advice, but its not for you to keep and carry .

The more as adults we understand that everything and and everyone is no deserving to rattle our energy the more in peace we move.

Remember every day will not be perfect but take a moment to focus on whats going good, and what you have been doing well . Take a deep breath and lets keep optimizing . Don’t let people rattle you up, when it happens…. We have given them power !
