To think that the Holidays are around the corner…. Low key freaks me out lol cuz girl I love to eat 😂

Mid October some start getting Thanksgiving ready ( food shopping and ready mentally and physically to host, and host distant travelers lol ) you not eating or working out because somehow this becomes your ful time job lol November, you start prepping for Xmas, and December, more Xmas, and New YEars. And then boom you look back and you barely workout..😱 Anyway sis I got you covered. Just do the LYC-Fall Challenge. Coach Raven be killing it 🤷🏾‍♀️
