Thank you to both of you ladies for being vulnerable to share. It has a lot of power, so much power to open the door for other woman to also share a similar concern . Its a beautiful reminder that we are never alone in our challenges.
I know tracking may seem overwhelming, and a bit exhausting and too much work, but look at it as your google maps. When you are visiting a new store, somewhere you never been, you wouldn’t just drive , you would need to have exact directions to get there so you are not driving for 24 hours. Tracking what you eat is exactly that. Tracking your meals is like having straight directions to your goals.
It can be as simple or as complex as we make it to be . I personally do not mind eating the same meals as long as I’m hitting my daily calorie intake. The first week it will take some time to understand what these meals are , but once you have that one day that hits the nail right in the spot, you can just repeat those meals. When you are comfortable enough, you can tweak them. The more you track the comfortable you will get with it, and the more comfortable you get , the easier it will become.
I have been a trainer for 13years and girl…. Let me tell you tracking is not my favorite but I do understand that when I track I’m not guessing whether I over eat or under eat or if I will be reaching my goals. So I just keep it simple, my breakfast and lunch is the same, and dinner I eat whatever I have left in protein, carbs and fat.
Im proud of you both for the awareness and for the ability to share . Its powerful and beautiful. I’m here to help however you need me .

Hey queen, you can do step-ups, box squats, assisted reverse lunges , or hip thrust . Hope that helps
