Hey Queen I would adjust your nutrition. How is your nutrition , are you currently tracking ? If not, that would def help to start seeing the difference. Even making adjustments to your everyday meals such as adding more protein, healthier carbs, veggies, etc , drinking water , and defitnly sleeping 7-8 hours

Hey babes , its ok to feel it in your legs. You do also want to feel it in your glutes. Where are you feeling it ?

Remember that even when working out glutes, we are still using other muscles in our legs as secondary

Hey Queen, the calorie burn is base on effort, how hard you push yourself. If you want to see result you have to challenge yourself and that will require for you to burn calories.

Regarding the bloated stomach and shaping the body, we will target this with nutrition as well. We have to come up with a clean plan of meals that are high in protein so that you can stay full longer, burn more body fat, and build muscle . You want to drink plenty of water, increase your veggie intake , have a great quality of sleep .
