Love both suggestions . First , congratulations Queen on your new job ! That is a blessing ! i would recommend for you to go thru your new schedule .

What time do you need to be a wake

How much time do you need to get ready

Are you eating breakfast and if so how much time do you need

After work, do you go home or are you picking the kids up

If you pick the kids up, will you know what you are cooking for dinner ( meaning meat is def defrosted )

Or are you meal prepping and just warming up the meals

Are the kids on a bed time schedule leaving you time to workout before you go to sleep

If not, they can stay up while you do your live workout

I know these are alot of questions, but just wanted to get your wheels going. For some woman , waking up early to do a workout works best while others prefer to do it at night time before bed. Its not a one size fits all, it al depends when it best fits yours .

When you find that sweet spot, just stick to it .

Hey Queen, welcome back . First of all you already made a very important decision and thats to sign up and show up . Second, I want you to understand our words have power . What you say out loud, what you believe , becomes your reality ! Here you are saying You are HORRIBLE W BEING CONSISTENT, but you went from 235 to 192……. Its far from the thruth . Your results then, prove that you are not horrible !

I want you to practice and start working on speaking life, creating a space where you win and that starts with the story we tell ourselves .

So no more telling yourself that you are horrible maam ! Instead, lets look at your schedule where can you show up 3x a week , what are those days and scheduling them in the QW calendar .

You got this Queen !

You are here and you done this before. Lets lock in and make it happen

Queen, first… you are not alone. Belly fat is one of the most stubborn areas for many women, especially with stress, hormones, lack of sleep, motherhood, cortisol, and nutrition habits all playing a role.

I want us to shift our mindset around “healthy food.” Eating healthy does NOT mean punishment, restriction, boring meals, or never enjoying food again. It’s about nourishing your body so you can feel energized, strong, satisfied, and supported from the inside out.You should absolutely enjoy your meals. For sure ! But remember the goal is to prioritizing protein, eating more whole foods, staying hydrated, being mindful with portions, finding meals that satisfy you without constantly overeating.

The workouts are important, but nutrition matters too. You can work out hard and still struggle with results if your body isn’t being fueled properly.

As for intermittent fasting… it can help some women create structure and reduce overeating, but it won’t teach us what healthy eating looks like.

Start simple Queen. Don’t overwhelm yourself. Find meals that are easy to make at home yet are healthy and that consist of protein , healthy fat and carbs .

Remember to be patient with yourself. Your body is responding even if it’s slower than you want. Keep going.

I know this was a long response but I hope this helps ! I’m here for you !!!
