Hey Queen, great question !!! I felt this same way when I started reading the Bible it took me several variations to finally land with one that felt like it spoke to me .

The first one is using the book: The bible in 52 weeks for woman by Dr Kimberly D Moore.

This book allowed me to get familiarize with the Bible, the stories and to start connecting them to actual lessons.

I then I started to leverage Chat GPT. I created a new note on my chat, and I started to share what I was experincing , and where I was currently in live and asked to provide me a book in the bible I could start reading . It provided me a book , and then I went a bit further. I started to read on chapter at a time, and then I asked in that same note, for chat to break down the chapter verse by verse.

That has been A GAME CHANGER !!!! Not only has it been perfect for this season but it continue to guide me to other books. when I finish one, I ask it to recommend me to the next one that is similar .

Hey Queen . Great question.Have you seen your medical provider ? If not, I would recommend to share with your concer first with them .

After I had Gianna, I was also feeling like I had abdominal separation . Someone told me that at times your health insurance will cover a physical therapist to help with the abdominal separation . So thats another option too .

In the meantime if anything feels uncomfortable, don’t do those moves until you have been cleared by your doctor .
