This looks so tasty ! I love stuffed peppers , they are a great combo of protein and savory . I also want to say how proud I am of you . Being 50 and being healthy is a MAJOR WiN !!! Age is truly nothing but a number , it doesn’t define who you are and what you are capable of doing! You are capable of AMAZING THINGS !! Of Strenght , and confidence …. Proud of you boo !!

Hey Queen, im sorry to hear about your lower back. I would recommend putting ice packets, also what helps Matt and Josiah here at home is cupping . It helps move the blood flow . But again talk to your doctor and see what you can do . I would recommend going out for walks and making sure you ar sticking to your healthy eating .
