Hey Elaine, Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts honestly. I appreciate you taking the time to express how you feel, and I want to be very clear about something that matters deeply to me. Queen Warriors has always been, and will always be, an inclusive community for women of ALL ages, all backgrounds, and all stages of life.
Queen Warriors is my baby. It is a blessing God placed in my hands, and its heart has never changed. Our workouts, our coaches, and our community are here to support every woman who wants to move, grow, and feel strong whether she is in her 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, or beyond.
The Superwoman Protocol you’ve seen mentioned is a separate program with a more customized, in-depth approach for women navigating hormonal shifts. It is not replacing Queen Warriors, it is not changing Queen Warriors, and it is not redirecting the mission of this community. It simply serves a different demographic with different needs.
Queen Warriors will continue offering HIIT, strength, dance, power, Pilates, and the same variety that has always made this community special. Nothing about that is changing. For the month of November we focus on POWER because our LYC challenge was a HUGE success with incredible tranformations .
You are not “too young” to be here you are part of this community, and your presence matters. Your age does not disqualify you from being supported, encouraged, or educated here. Our goal is to uplift ALL Queens, not just one group.
I also want to acknowledge what you mentioned about the Instagram situation. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. Our intention is never to make anyone feel excluded or dismissed, so I’ll follow up internally to make sure everything is handled with fairness and respect.
Please know your voice matters here, and your feedback helps us continue to create a safe, positive, and empowering environment for everyone. I appreciate you and I’m grateful you’re here.

Thank you for being so open and honest and for being a longtime Queen Warrior. Your voice matters, and I appreciate you taking the time to share how you feel.
I want you to know something clearly: your feedback is not “too critical.” You’re speaking from a place of love for this community, and I hear that.
At the start of 2025, we did a full audit of our data live attendance, replay analytics, class preferences, and the actual show-up rate across all formats. That information matters because it tells us what the majority of our Queens are connecting with, and where we need to adjust so we can serve the community well.
The reality is that many of the older full-hour formats (booty blaster, core-only, long upper/lower sessions) had very low attendance. And when a class consistently has low engagement, it means the majority is not prioritizing it. Our goal is to meet our Queens where they are now and deliver the formats that keep the most women consistent, motivated, and successful.
That said… your nostalgia for the old classes is valid. They were special, they had a different vibe, and they were part of your journey. I’m grateful they meant that much to you.
About the Facebook community the goal is never to silence anyone. Admin approvals exist to protect the space from negativity, conflict, or anything that makes members feel unsafe. Feedback is absolutely welcome, especially when it’s shared respectfully like you just did. If something you posted didn’t go through, that is something I will look into.
Queen Warriors is evolving, but the heart is the same: to keep women consistent, powerful, and supported. And your message is an important reminder to honor the women who’ve been here since the beginning.
I hear you. I appreciate you. And I’m always open to continuing this conversation so we can grow together. 👑
