Hey queen, one day at a time . We want to keep it simple and easy to follow : 1 protein, 1 healthy carb, and one fat. For example breakfast : eggs, oats topped with blueberries, and avocado with your eggs. Lunch : chicken breast, brown rice, and veggies. Dinner: Fish, sweet potatoes, string beans
