Hey babes are you doing protein powder, if you are I would say reduce it . I would also recommend some digestive enzymes, they help to break down protein . Walmart has some really good papaya ones. I love the natural ones , just plain papaya . Try it . I would also then create a food journal to try to understand what it is that is causing .
