Lina, im sending you my love,many prayers and asking God to give you the Strenght to keep the fight !!! As a domestic violence survivor myself, I know this fight feels exhausting, scary ,and almost lonely but just know you are doing the right thing. Protecting my son was always my priority, I wanted to be able to break the abuse cycle and not raise a young man that has normalize abuse. Im here for you queen , we are HERE for you !!!!!

Hey babes, thats AMAZING !!!! So proud of you to be staying consisten w the crazy weather. If you are starting to notice the booty shrinking is because you are not having enough protein. Protein is a huge source for your muscle growth . You want to be having 1gram per lb of weight . So if you weight 140lbs then 140g of protein. 20 mins slow steady cardio is great. If you are running or going super fast then i would recommend to do it incline and slower pace .
