Hey Queen, im sorry to hear you are currently having a hard time to get back on track. It happens trust me, so don’t beat yourself up for it. They key here is creating a schedule for yourself that incorporates your workouts and healthier meals. For example : 3 workouts every week ( pick the days ) Monday meal idea : chicken breast, sweet potatoe , string bean; Tuesday : salmon, spinach salad, sparagus ! Etc
The key to this journey is gettin right back into it. There will never be an exact way to do it, but the longer your push it off , the harder it will be
