I saw it . Made me really sad to see how they set the people to Fail. As a trainer we know that, that lifestyle will not work . This was all for show purposes which sucks because the priority was creating a show not truly helping people long term .

When everything starts, you have to find a flow with your new schedule. Remember nothing ever stays the same. We are constantly moving in different seasons and every season requires something new from us, and for us to make new adjustments. As soon as everything starts , create a new workout schedule. You don’t want to wait till everything gets overwhelming to start doing that because chances are you won’t have the capacity to add a new work task. So plan ahead now, and stick to it when things are smooth and when things are tough. I promise you will thank yourself for it . You got this queen !!!
