Hey Queen ! Love the idea. In the morning we tend to have the most energy, so it's a great time to get that extra push, shower and go to work feeling like you already won the day . Regarding your workouts, you can structure it like this ; upper/ lower/ hiit . or you can do which ever body part you feel can use the most work twice exa: lower/upper/lower and maybe hiit as an extra . Also FYI, we are doing our LYC-Renewed challenge which creates a structure workout for you to follow . it's 6 weeks and from there you should get an idea on how to flow . if you are interested in joining, its on the top slide where the lives workouts show up .
