Hey girlie, I dont’ have a specific process, I first pray about it . When you have fear, faith is missing . Fear is a very scary place to b in because it will blind you of the reality of things, and at times won’t allow you to fully execute because you are unsure of every move.

I pray about it first and focus on removing any negative thoughts regarding the situation. Take a moment and sit with it and invision it as its already happening .
